How to wear and use
Take your socks off and be careful when standing.
Once you are used to standing, try to strike a pose or stand on one foot.
Going for walks is also a nice way to train.
You can also try running, skipping or playing soccer
Even doing household chores
Make sure small children are careful when wearing T-foot sandals. But they will get used to
wearing them in no time!
